Pet Care Policies & Guidelines

 Pickups after the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional charges based on staffing and facility availability. For boarding guests, pickups after 12:00 PM will incur regular daycare rates. Late daycare pickups may result in additional fees. We appreciate timely pickups to ensure proper care and staffing for all pets. 

 Nightly boarding includes daycare on the day of drop-off and continues through 12:00 PM on the day of pickup. Any pickups after noon will be charged at regular daycare rates. 

 All dogs must have current vaccinations prior to attending daycare, grooming, or boarding. Required vaccinations include Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided before your pet’s first visit.

Appointments and boarding reservations are strongly recommended. Cancellations or changes made with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This allows us to manage staffing and availability fairly for all clients. 

Dogs arriving with severe matting may require additional time, specialized grooming techniques, or humane shaving for the safety and comfort of the pet. Additional fees may apply based on coat condition and grooming time required. 

 Holiday periods and peak travel times may be subject to adjusted pricing and limited availability. Reservations during holidays are highly recommended and may require advance booking and deposits. Please contact us for current holiday rates and availability. 

For the safety of all pets and staff, dogs must demonstrate appropriate social behavior to participate in group activities. Unleashed reserves the right to modify playgroup participation or services if a dog displays unsafe behavior. 

Dogs must arrive in good health and free of contagious conditions. Unleashed maintains strict cleaning and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment for all guests. 

 Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved electronic payments. 

Members receive locked-in pricing, exclusive perks, and priority booking based on current membership terms. Membership fees are billed monthly. Membership benefits apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.
